Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, information provided through Elite Lifestyle Coaching & Consulting is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
Our courses, coaching, programs, content, and materials should not be considered a substitute for individualized legal, tax, investment, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating information and determining whether it is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Elite Lifestyle Coaching & Consulting is committed to providing high-quality education, resources, coaching, and support. However, individual results vary.
We do not guarantee that participation in any course, program, membership, coaching relationship, consulting service, or other offering will result in:
- Increased income
- Business growth
- Improved credit
- Financial independence
- Employment or promotion
- Investment returns
- Increased revenue or profitability
- Specific personal-development outcomes
- Specific financial outcomes
- Any other particular result
Your success depends on numerous factors, including your circumstances, decisions, effort, consistency, implementation, skills, resources, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Testimonials, examples, case studies, or success stories are illustrative and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
5. Account Registration
Certain areas of our website and learning platform may require you to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password
- Keep your account information updated
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access
- Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account
Your account is intended for your individual use only unless we expressly authorize otherwise.
You may not share, sell, transfer, loan, or provide your login credentials to another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe unauthorized account sharing, misuse, fraud, or other violations have occurred.
6. Course and Program Access
Purchasing or enrolling in a course or program grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the materials according to the terms associated with that particular offering.
The length of access may vary by product.
An offering may provide:
- Lifetime access
- Access for a specified period
- Access while a membership remains active
- Access for the duration of a program
- Another access period stated at the time of purchase
“Lifetime access,” when offered, means access for the commercial life of the applicable product or platform while Elite Lifestyle continues to make that product available. It does not guarantee that a course, platform, website, or particular technology will remain available indefinitely.
7. Course Progress, Quizzes, and Certificates
Certain courses may contain lessons, quizzes, assessments, assignments, progress requirements, or other activities.
Certificates may be issued after successful completion of designated requirements.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, certificates issued by Elite Lifestyle Coaching & Consulting are certificates of completion and do not constitute professional licenses, academic degrees, government certifications, or professional credentials.
We reserve the right to establish and modify reasonable completion requirements.
8. Memberships and Subscriptions
Certain services may be offered through recurring memberships or subscriptions.
When purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout.
Membership benefits may include access to:
- Courses
- Community areas
- Live sessions
- Group coaching
- Resources
- Digital content
- Member-only events
- Other benefits identified in the applicable membership
Membership benefits and features may change periodically.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not necessarily create a refund for amounts already paid.
Access to membership-only content may end when the applicable paid membership period expires.
9. Payments
Prices for our products and services are displayed at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice.
You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Applicable taxes or fees may be added when required.
10. Payment Plans
Certain products or programs may offer installment or payment-plan options.
A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price according to the payment schedule presented at checkout unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.
Stopping participation in a program does not automatically cancel an outstanding payment obligation.
If a scheduled payment fails, we may:
- Attempt to process the payment again
- Contact you regarding the outstanding amount
- Suspend access to the applicable product or program
- Terminate access where appropriate
- Pursue other lawful remedies
Any specific payment-plan terms presented during enrollment or checkout will also apply.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the product or service purchased.
Any refund policy specifically displayed on a sales page, checkout page, enrollment agreement, coaching agreement, or other purchase document will govern that particular purchase.
Because digital products and online course materials may provide immediate access to proprietary information, certain purchases may be non-refundable once access has been granted, where permitted by law.
Unless a different refund policy is expressly provided at the time of purchase, all sales of digital products, downloadable materials, and immediately accessible course content are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.
12. Coaching and Consulting Services
Coaching and consulting services are designed to provide education, strategy, guidance, accountability, and support.
Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, legal representation, investment management, or another licensed professional service unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, implementation, and results.
Specific coaching or consulting engagements may also be governed by separate agreements. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms regarding the specific service covered by that agreement, the applicable signed agreement will control.
13. Financial Education Disclaimer
Elite Lifestyle Coaching & Consulting may provide financial-literacy and business-education content.
Such information is provided for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as personalized investment, securities, legal, tax, accounting, lending, or financial-planning advice unless such services are specifically provided under a separate professional engagement.
